A very cool art deco piece by Rensie. Despite its old aesthetic, the movement appears surprisingly modern looking very clean and 17J. The balance actually spins freely and appears in good health but the seconds hand doesn't move and it feels overwound - as a non-watchmaker I shan't attempt to diagnose!
