A stunning and iconic Benrus Sky Chief. I hope to get this one fixed but as usual I am listing it early should any one wish to take the job on themselves for a lower price.
It is sold for spares repairs. Whilst I'm no watchmaker, the issues I'm able to identify include but may not be limited to:
- The chrono seconds hand does not move. The left subsidiary dial seconds hand does. - The balance is okay, not super free swinging but will move for a few seconds. - It appears to be missing some parts, in particular a part to allow the top pusher to spring back out. - Crystal is quite dirty - When wound, there is a slipping sound (maybe the main spring?) and it winds indefinitely.
